Steering wheel will not retract

This is apparently a new one from what I've been able to tell. I telescoped the steering wheel to it's fullest extension and it will no longer retract. Took it to the dealer today and he is ordering parts. The service records states that they called the tech line and had to order limit switches per TSB#08 BE 010.

What model year do you have? I guess we have to make that distinction now that we have two model years of the sedan on the road.

This is a fully loaded 2009 all otions except the V8
