Strange Noise While Cleaning Car

I was wiping down the car tonight in the garage and heard what sounded like a pressure relief valve open. I was cleaning the right rear when I heard the noise. It sounded like it came from rear area of the car. The car has been sitting for about five hours since last driving it. Anyone else ever hear this noise??

Yes. It was around this time of year too when I had corned beef and cabbage for lunch.
Could also be a pressure relief for the fuel pump.
