  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Tech package? You can't.
But you CAN play Pandora (or any other music/radio app) with the iPhone cable.
Non-Tech, I think there's a way to do it but someone else will have to explain how.

I tried streaming pandora from my iPhone 4 and it works but I keep getting that annoying error message about device incompatiability, the message interrupts my streaming every few seconds.

Huh. I never had it pop back up after dismissing it. Anyway, all you have to do is upgrade your phone to IOS 5. The nag doesn't show up at all anymore.

It is amazing that a $47,000 2012 Hyundai Genesis Sedan R-Spec with "Tech" package can not stream audio....:(

a while ago i used to stream music from my droid x to my gen via bluetooth with no problems. now i just use an audio cable. i feel its sound quality is better and its easier than turning on bluetooth on my phone everytime i go in my car.

When I picked up my R-Spec this weekend the salesman was delivering the car to me and trying to show me how to stream to my iphone 4s. All along i thought i could stream as did he, but a quick google search and found out that not going to happen on the top of the line model.

I agree the sound is much better when plugged in. I have used streaming in a different vehicle and can really tell a difference between plugging in vs streaming.

Never experienced streaming (tech in the Gen and Horse), but I can see it being useful on a short 20-30 minute drive. Anything longer and I'd want it plugged in to be charging anyway. At least on the iPhone, Pandora (for example) can be a big battery drain.
Can't speak to Androids.
