. Having said that, I've owned vehicles with it, and I don't want that option again. They stain, for starters, and wear quicker than leather too. They make no sense on an SUV IMO, especially if you use it as one. And it's even worse on the steering wheel. I only like it on the headliner, and door inserts. They grip better than leather, and that's why typically only sports vehicles offer them, but you don't really need that with proper bolstering IMO. I opted out of that on my Porsche GTS (plus I'd have lost seat ventilation, since Porsche doesn't do perforated 'suede'). If you never eat or drink anything other than water in your vehicle, and don't use it to travel, and you take care of it, you should be fine. Unfortunately, if you want the top GV trim, there's no way to opt out of that. Good luck.
