Hello. If you have a paid subscription, you don't need to disable ad blocking. Please let me know when you upgraded your account, and whether it was via PayPal or credit card. I don't see a paid subscription under your account name or email address at the moment. Reply here so we can get this situated.

Thank you! I see. The subscription was canceled on 6/26/24. They're annual subscriptions. There are less expensive options if you're not around enough to warrant the $50 per year. There's a $20 per year that may better suit you.
