Substitute for Blue Link Remote Start?

Blue Link offers several good features, of them, I really find 'Google Search' & 'Remote Start' very useful. Unfortunately, these require subscription ($99/year each) after 3 months of trial period ends.

I was wondering if there was any substitutes for Remote Start. Like a mobile app or something that can be installed at a lower price.

I have been using Drone Mobile on several cars however it will not work with the factory electronics. This means you need to install a remote starter and a drone mobile unit to the tune of about $500+ bucks. No service is free and Drone will cost you but something like $120 for a 3 year basic (start/stop/lock/unlock) plan.

Forgot to mention, the big advantage to having a universal platform like the Drone is you can have multiple brand cars in a single application. I open the app and choose the car. Heck I can even choose my daughters car and unlock the doors or start it if I please.
