  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis Model Type
Equus (2011-2016)
Strutmasters definitely saved me a ton of money after the air struts went out. Strutmasters also has one with the "Check ecs" warning light delete. I did lose my drive modes (sports, snow, etc) I contacted strutmasters to see if they were aware as there was no literature explaining that.

Any suggestions with what to do with the old parts? Could I get some money off of them? Sell 'em as parts on Ebay may be?

Advice is welcomed!

How was strutmasters to deal with? I've read mixed reviews. I replaced my fronts this past spring with aftermarket parts and am happy so far, but if I need to do it again I would probably go the strutmaster route.

I never understood why someone would convert their air suspension to uncomfortable coils when the replacement struts are very similar in price. Did you want a more stiff and sporty feel?

I kind of wondered the same thing....the truth is the Equus actually rides better than a G90 on a smooth road. A bumpy road changes that quickly though
