  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

End the completely nonsensical electrification strategy for Europe and continue to offer combustion engines (including diesel!) and, above all, more powerful engines such as the 3.5 l that are suitable for a car of this size and weight.

Nobody who still has all their wits about them wants to drive a BEV! New registrations of electric cars are falling continuously and the ban on combustion engines in the EU will certainly fall because it simply cannot be enforced. It is failing because of the resistance of over 400 million people who are still using their brains.
And the German car manufacturers - especially the premium brands - (except Volkswagen, who are completely crazy) have long since realized this and are rowing back hard.

If Genesis sticks to its current course of only selling electric cars in the EU, Genesis will no longer exist in Europe in two years at the latest.

They're going to need to offer BEV powertrains due to the emissions regs/penalties (even if somewhat loosened), but it shouldn't be the only powertrain option.

The GV70 will be getting an EREV (set to into production in 2026), which is a start.

No indication yet as to whether that powertrain will find its way to other models.
