Yes they think that Canada is frozen 12 months of the year.

The Weather Channel has a couple of shows, one is Heavy Rescue 401, the other Highway Tru Hell. They sure do get their share of it
If you have back seat passengers with the sun at the right angle a shade can be nice but mine is rarely used.

It would be nice to have in Texas. Where I work, I have to park either facing the sun or away from it. I try to face it in the winter and back in during the summer.

Only 11.5 months of it.. We get a 2 week thaw
