sun visor sagging

Just bought a used 15 and tried to use the visor on the side but found its sagging down and its basically useless. So I went to the dealer and spoke with a service adviser and we checked a g80 and it was perfectly straight covering the entire top portion of the side window. He thinks this maybe inherent on the 15 model and says he can't do anything unless he can compare it to another 15 which of course they don't have. It doesn't look normal to me and I would think its an issue either way but I need something to show the service adviser. I would appreciate it someone could take a picture of the 15 visor extended and covering the side window. I should say the passenger side also sags but not as much.

The sun visor mechanism on the 2015 Genny is a piece of junk - fortunately it is a very light weight visor

My Sonata is far superior in the sun visor construction.

Thanks for the pics...so its definitely not normal. i'll show this to the SA when i'm at the dealer tomorrow to replace the engine mount.

My driver side visor sagged when new. My dealer replaced it under warranty; no problems now for over 2 years.

got the visor replaced today and now its back to normal.
