Sunroof Exploded 2019 Genesis G70

I had been parked in a hospital parking garage for over 4 hours on May 29, 2024 as i was traveling home on I10 east, i heard a very loud BOOM, that frightened me half to death. I was able to pull over and get off. To my surprise, my sunroof had exploded. Since then I've gone back and forth with Genesis Corp to learn finally today, from the Adjuster that they claim it's an " OUTSIDE ENTITY" however, she claims she hasn't seen the report, and it's not covered under my warraranty. So you mean to tell me that cars can't take the southern heat. However, my car was parked in a parking garage and when it's at home it's in my garage. I'm not taking this from Genesis. I immediately contacted my attorney. This has happened too many times to too many people. These cars cost too much money for this, and Genesis continues to get away with it.

It is not just Genesis, it is every car maker that has a big piece of glass in the roof.
Not everyone would agree, but the solution is simple. Make the roof from all metal like years ago.
