Swap cigarette lighter sockets

I am wanting to switch out one of the stock cigarette outlets to the flush marine style dual USB outlets.


However, I'm having a hard time seeing how to access the back of the center console panel. Nothing in the shop manual when searching for "socket" in the body interior and the body electrical books, although there should be since they are replaceable. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does it flush in and allow the door to be shut or does it stay open

IIRC the 12v outlet pocket is just a snap-in bucket. It's a pain to take out and requires removing the upper fascia, head unit and some other stuff. I don't think the center console needs to come out.
