It doesn’t appear that the Harmon Kardon system comes standard on the Standard model. Sometimes dealers have the ability to install extras/accessories post manufacturing process.

When purchasing or leasing your GV60, did your Genesis dealer offer to upgrade this system?

A few months back they gave me a standard as a loaner and it did not have the HK audio system

Not as simple at putting a Spark-O-Matic AM/FM in your old Chevy. The head unit alone is very expensive.
According to the Genesis web site, no HK anyway. Now:

Yes, the standard trim does not come with premium stereo.
Starting on the Advanced trim, you get B&O audio system
