  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Test Drive Impression

As noted, I think a driver or front passenger who lies to (or has to) sit low will be the biggest issue because of the lack of room for back-seat passengers' feet. If a driver has longer legs but a shorter torso, it might be possible to move the seat farther back but not down as low, and that might allow enough room for a back-seat passenger. If the torso is long (necessitating a low seating position) but the legs are shorter (yielding the same total height), that might be more of a problem for someone in the rear. Ironically, in Korea, there's an option for just entering driver height and having the car configure itself for optimal seating. The scenarios I just described would seem to point out a flaw in relying on height without accounting for how much of it is above and how much below the waist. But I don't think that option is available outside of Korea. Are the subwoofers in the same place on Korean-spec G70s? Maybe their placement, and the resultant loss of room for feet under the front seat, is a reason for eliminating that option.
I was just thinking about the leg torso divide in exactly the same terms, but you beat me to the post! Maybe Korean occupants are on the average a bit smaller than North Americans too.
Deleting the sub may mess with the entire audio experience if the speakers are designed to work together, so I'd be hesitant to mess with it. Maybe a flatter sub exists...
