  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

The G70 Is Dead. Discontinued as of the 2025 model.

Is this a run out model? Using existing parts and supplier contracts to fulfill legal completion? After last parts are used the model is dead?

Doubt it. My bet is that the 2027 G70 will be the Magma model. Fingers crossed!

I can't say :)

I never said that!

I think the 2026 G70 is all electric anyways, correct??
If so,......hard pass for me unfortunately.

No EV for G70. 26 is just slimmed down packaging of 25.

That’s good news for anyone interested in a small luxury sport sedan. I don’t know what the long term mechanical reliability is like for a G70 but they don’t seem to have nearly as many electronic or technology problems as the Genesis models that have been recently updated.

We just received our training courses on the 2026 G70. Same gas car with a few trim package / color tweaks.
Yep. Packing is slimmed down. Lost a few things and went back to the old wheels :(

For my 2020 G70 3.3 sport, no mechanical issues so far. Just the turbo oil pipe recall which I have not done yet. I have temp installed a fire wrap sleeve around the oil line to provide some additional heat resistance for the time being until I get brave and find a dealer to perform the work.

Any photos of what the '26 G70 3.3tt Sport Prestige car will look like?? No exterior changes at all?

I like that it's not EV and my lease is up in July!!:unsure:(y)

Does that mean another G70 in your future? 😊

Quite possibly!!! lol
If the deal is good with the dealership and the '26 Sport Prestige model still has no hybrid, auto start/stop stuff.
