The Glove Box Mystery

In the 3.8 when you open the glove box, you'll see two black plastic holders in the middle of the cover. Refer to page 3-153 of the manual and you can see them. Those holders appear to accommodate a pen but the manual doesn't address it. The black leatherette manual container did come with a pen but that was in the black Hyundai leatherette case. Can anyone verify that this is the purpose of the "holders'?

You're right - it's for a pen.

I received a pen with GENESIS on it in a welcome kit that was mailed to my house from Hyundai. I put it in there.
