  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Think Tank Live Chat with John Krafcik

Well, this Think Tank thread wound up being all about AWD.

But it sounds like other matters were discussed and I'd love to read the transcipt. I went to that website and it requires a user name and password. Can someone tell me how to sign up?

Thanks.

Please ignore my last post. I'd overlooked the recent post about joining the Think Tank.

My apologies.

I realize that a hit in price as well as a cost to the home office would be great but still I think that it is one that needs to be done. I would prefer to take my car to a dealer that knows about my car rather than sees it as a hassle and pain to deal with as "they don't see a lot of them" I have had my 2010 V8 to 50% of the dealerships in the Cincinnati area and all act like they A) don't want to work on it
B) act like the V8 is alien technology and do not do anything to help expand their knowledge; and why just for a few customers? Do you blame them?

Also on a personal note as a Genny owner with the Platinum 5/100,000 mile warranty I am very unimpressed with the CS experience. Hell last two times at different dealers mind you I had to walk out to my car parked outside in the high 20's remove/dispose of the paper floor mate and remove the tape tag from the key and clean up the matching mirror tag........ very cosmopolitan but not a premium experience.
