With what I know about the Cdn buying/pricing arrangement, if it is the type/model/colors you want, then take it.

Hardly would notice any use. As long as you are getting full warranty sounds like a decent deal.

I would buy a demo for sure. Not much that could be done to hurt these cars on demo drives and the discount will likely be well wroth it.
