  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Do you know how I know that? Because I have to deal with HYundai service departments, and that is beyond frustrating. They know nothing about the cars, they don't know the parts, they don't even know what GD tires come on the vehicles it's ridiculous. Genesis, get your sh*t together. You 'luxury' dealership experience is a JOKE. Can't ever get in to get a timely service because the service department is filled with broken hyundais at all times. No dedicated genesis service.

True that, they suck ,they should have their own dealerships to draw people in.
Going to a Hyundai dealership for a Genesis is like going to BMW for a Mini.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
It's a great car but it's super frustrating dealing with Hyundai service departments. I really want to root for the brand, but they have many things to learn, I feel. I sure hope they read these forums. They should definitely have representation on the forums, I feel, it is common in so many other industry segments and with other car makers.

of course it is a Hyundai, my title and registration say as much..

They tried setting up independent dealerships. Guess what happened next? The Hyundai dealerships sued them -twice- and won. All the dealerships are independant of the brand.

Yep, no way am I paying for a luxury car to have a Hyundai level of experience each time I go to a dealer
