My order is placed with the same dealer. Are you somewhat local to that dealer? Just curious if they have a preference to sell local. The $495 doc fee is not too unreasonable, and they break down the items the fee consists of. I didn't bother to contest the $199 etch fee. Maybe I will when my car comes in. Who was your salesman?

I stopped in this dealer a few times before since January this year when I shopped a PHEV. They didn't at all seem interested in my business and for sure will charge an ADM. The experience was definitely better when I was there for a Genesis.

I'm in Jersey City, about 60-70 minutes from Denville. While I don't know for sure, I think their preference is to sell locally but if you are in NJ and able to move quickly, they're happy to speak with you.

I dealt with Ken W initially on the phone for the order. Once a car became available, I dealt with Max P - he was easy to speak with, no nonsense kind of guy. We took delivery on a busy day, but he still made time to make sure we had all of our paperwork straight, our connected services and EA apps were logged in, and gave a tour of the car's features and infotainment system.
