Throttle Body Hose Clamp

I have a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0 Turbo. The clamp that holds the intake hose to the throttle body doesn’t have a hex head adjustment screw, but rather has a rounded head with a hole in it that looks like it requires a special tool to adjust or remove. How do you properly remove this hose clamp? Is it ok to replace it with a normal hose clamp with a hex head adjusting screw?

You can change it no problem, try and twist see if it loosens or not. A t bolt clamp might be overkill.

i think they brake the nut when it install at the factory
the dealer had to remove mine and he used locking pliers i can see the mark on it
and saw it on my car camera lol
just replace it with a standard one or t-clamp

T-clamps all the way lol, very reliable.

Cept for when people go ape shit on it and crack a throttle body flange or crush a pipe.
