Thumping noise while driving (drivers side)

Driving my 2022 GV70 earlier today and it was completely normal. Just got back into the car from running errands and started it and as i started to drive I got a bumpy/thumping type sound coming from the drivers side. It stops when my car is stopped or going a very slow speed heading to a stop but I would say 20-50mph it makes that sound. I came back to my car again about an hour later and the same thing happened, I’m new to this forum so I apologize if this is not the correct area to post but anyone know what it might be or have had this happen to them too? Thank you in advance!

Could the sound possibly be coming from above your head? There are knows issues with the headliner making noise in warmer Temps.

I’m sorry I completely forgot to respond to this but found the source of the problem to be a big bolt/screw that punctured part of my tire (PSI dropped rapidly a day after I made this thread) so the tire is getting replaced now. Thank you for your help!
