2010 genesis sedan 4.6

Steering wheel will go in and out, but not up or down....Any ideas?
When I try up or down it's silent, no gears crunching or anything like that
motor perhaps?

The control module for the tilt steering wheel is a known problem with early Genesis. Mine was replaced free by dealer under a TSB. Never had a consistent problem but it was replaced when car was in for service
 
Faulty limit switches. Common in 2009-2010.
