Forgive if this has been concisely addressed, but my search did not find.

I am about to pull the trigger on 19" wheels and tires from TireRack.

I am looking ar 19x8" (or maybe 19x8.5") 45 offset wheels, and 245/40R19 tires as closest fit vs 235/50R18 stock.

Anyone use this combo?

TR says 8.5" 45 offset is OK, so 8" should give 6mm more inside clearance.

vs the 7" 39 offset factory 18s, I will be 18mm (0.75") deeper in the wheel, and .25" further out in the fender.

Should be OK?
