Top speed in the 2015/16 Genesis

What is the top speed you've achieved in the 2015/16 Genesis? My insurance isn't too happy with a few moving violations I have earned, so I've only taken my Gen up to 105 mph. At that speed, the 3.8 felt like it was just getting started before letting off the gas.

Just over 100 mph on TX Highway 130 - where the legal speed limit is 85 mph. There were no cars visible driving in either direction (which might explain why the toll company just declared bankruptcy).

I did about 160 mph in my brothers Audi RS3 last week on the Autobahn - legally. I could see the fuel gauge move towards empty while driving for a few miles ...

But - it easily does 0-60 mph in the advertised 5 secs. or so.

So quiet you don't even notice it. Very handy at times.

Max speed of mine 3.8 is 250km/h if you can trust the speedometer
I think that the max speed is electronically limited, because there are enough rpms and power to go faster.

I have a 2016 Genesis Htrac and I've got it up to 130mph easy, got off the pedal with plenty of go left!! Smooth and stable.

173? This says the 5.0 is governed to 145mph. 5 flat 0-60 though.

Same here. I hit 145mph once and then I let off. The car was still pulling, so I think the top speed limit may not be accurate or governed.

I got 249 km/hr top speed in Dubai with my 2015 Genesis 3.8.
