torn premium leather in 3.8 sedan

I just picked up my 3.8 sedan with tech and premium package. Beautiful black noir with saddle interior. Noticed 3/4" triangle-shaped tear in rear passenger side seat(middle of seat) while detailing this a.m. I took to the dealership for them to look at, and service was not in today, need to take back Monday. Anyone had a similar experience and what did they do to resolve?

What did you sign off on at delivery regarding your inspection of the car?

I signed the standard forms. Cut was so small and the lighter color under the seat leather was not visible. Being the rear seat, it was hard to find and I only found it when I was detailing the car and ran my hand over it. The car was formerly at another dealership and had about 60 miles on it. It could have happened there.
I will contact the dealer tomorrow and see what they will do. I don't know if patching is possible or they will have to replace the entire bench seat. I was just curious if anyone had a similar experience or had to repair their leather seat before.
