Touch screen volume et al issues

I bought my 2025 GV70 one month ago and cannot get volume for any touch screen function. The radio is off no matter what I push; the volume controls on the console and wheel do nothing; CarPlay connects but the screen goes blank when a turn comes up and there is no volume; Genesis Connect does not work, etc. I did a software upgrade and rebooted it before calling the dealer. It has been at the dealer for 2 days with no resolution. Has anyone experiences this? Thank you!

UPDATE: The dealer said it needs a new head unit. Hopefully I do not experience weeks of waiting.

Update: I am happy to report that I have been reunited with my 2025 GV70. She has a new head unit that is working well. The CT dealer treated me very well. My loaner was a 2025 GV70 so I could learn more about the car while I was waiting for mine to be repaired. I have named her Renee Phoenix since both names mean rebirth!
