  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

the TPMS warning light came on a few months ago. Finally took her in to replace the sensors today. Mechanic says the sensors are all good and it must be a computer problem. Any ideas?

Did you ever get resolution to this?
I have a similar issue. The "Check TPMS" light was on the dash.
I took it to firestone; they said sensors were all good and relearned to the module.
But my tires pressures do not display in the dash anymore.
Ideas?

Had similar problem, and after replacing all sensors, turn out the tpms receiver module located above the glove compartment behind the dash corrected the problem.

Yeah - Mine does that as well, intermittently... Posts the warning for a day or so & then goes back to normal operation for months.

I've discovered that this car does not age well, considering how it felt when I bought it w/ 50k miles...

Well, I tried disconnecting the negative terminal from the battery to do a cold boot of the car's electronics, but I still don't have the tire pressure displayed. Do I need to disconnect positive AND negative? I wouldn't think it would make a difference.

To be clear, I am not getting any alarms/warnings; it's just that the pressures are not displayed on the dash. It says "drive to display" even after driving for a while.

No, disconnecting the negative terminal accomplished as much as you are going to accomplish that way. You need to connect a scan tool that can talk with the TPMS module (many can't), and see what diagnostic codes it is giving. The module may need to be replaced.

Mine did the same thing, displayed "drive to display" for over 3 months and 4 visit to the dealer.
