TPMS re-set?

This very cold morning (10 F) my left rear tire read 29psi and the TPMS light came on the dashboard. During lunch I aired it up to 35psi and it held that pressure while I drove home from work. Yet the TPMS light is still on and that tire on the dashboard display is still blinking yellow, even though it shows 35psi in that tire. How do you reset the TPMS?

Temporarily overinflating, driving a couple miles, then dropping the pressure back down seems to do the trick according to some owners.

Tire pressure on my GV70 dropped to 29, prob due to sub zero temps, and warning indicator on dash ( Large flashing yellow tires) came on. They are now inflated to 36 but yellow warning tires still flashing.
Any remedies to reset this?

Same thing happened to me - after adding air, the tire had higher pressure than all the other tires, but was still flashing as low. As mentioned above, I over-inflated, drove around, then lowered the pressure to the correct setting and the warning turned off - they need to add a reset/set button as most other vehicles I have had.

Yeah, I think the rear tires are rated for 36 psi so you have to go to about 38 until it clears and then set it back down to 35-36. It's been -40 with wind chill for the last week or two here so I have to play with these tire pressures constantly...

Why play? Jack them up a few pounds higher and adjust in spring.
