  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anybody know of after market sensors out there? TPMS sensors for almost any car can be had for as little as $10 to $40 but for some reason Hyundai wants $176 each for the 2015 style. With tax that comes to almost the price of a set of winter tires. May have to forgo the sensors on the winter wheels as that is kinda steep for what it does.

FYI, did by for sensors for my F150 last year, cost was $45 delivered for all 4.

I got a full-size spare for my 2012, and I paid $25 for the TPMS sensor. I can't imagine that the cost is materially different for a 2015. I cannot remember where I bought it, but I found it at an online parts dealer through eBay. It was a new, OE part.

Shop around, it is worth having the sensors in your wheels.

2012 is pretty cheap and easily available as after market. ;)

That is insanely pricey. Guess they're trying to keep guys from changing their wheels?

If I wanted a full size spare for 2015 V8, does anyone know what wheel will fit?

I don't care if it matches the existing wheels, even a steel wheel would be OK. The tire on the wheel would have to be the appropriate size so the overall diameter is the same.
