  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

not to bump an old thread, but the values were removed from the website and now list an email link.

I guess Hyundai is turning their back on this pretty soon after the whole thing started hoping the original owners who qualified never find their certificates (if you even received it).

I thought this program was the best thing even when it came out as it would artificially boost resale values and drive up Hyundai loyalty. I guess someone decided it was too expensive after all.

That may be so, but they're legally bound to honor it for the 2012 models ;)

I suppose in another 3 years or so, it'll be history.

based on their rules it's a pain in the @$$ process, which nobody will admit to knowing, the email listed on their website bounces.

I've copied as much pictures off of google as I could, but I still feel selling it on the open market will be the smaller headache.

Hyundai earned my respect by launching this program...and now that's gone.

Hopefully their cars will do the talking, dealer told me 6 more months before 2014 is out.

LMAO....."Hyundai has your back".....think it is more like "Got you in the tail pipe"

Yeah, you have to buy a new Hyundai and finance it through Hyundai to qualify. Also, all of your regular maintenance must have been performed by a dealer (I assume that means simple filter changes also).

as many conditions as they place, why would they start hiding or cancel this program unless people were taking advantage of it?

I mean, it looks good at first glance and would in theory drive up used car prices, even if you could just show that paper to a competing dealer.

In the end though, I think you will make out better selling it private...
