Transmission Cooler

So, I bought an Evil Energy transmission cooler that is 5/16". I was going to install it, but the Genesis 5.0 comes with 1/2" lines. I was going to buy adapters, but I wanted to make sure if someone has done this before. Will it hurt the flow and be worst, or should I just return it and get a 1/2" transmission oil cooler?

Personally, I would return it and get the 1/2" fitting unit.

Yes 1/2” inner diameter hoses from evil energy you keep the hot line connected to the radiator then connect the cold line to the external cooler hot side then the cold side connect it all the way to the cold line that goes into the car transmission dont forget to add more transmission fluid let it circulate and check the level
