Genesis Canada does offer roadside assistance standard so they probably have the ability to cover you.

Be sure to purchase some travel insurance, to include medical coverage, unless your health plan covers Canada. I use Allianz Travel.

The reason I asked about leasing is that some manufacturers require that you apply to them to take your car out of the country if you are leasing it and they send a letter stating it is fine to do so. Does Genesis, Hyundai in this case, do that?
