That's good, thanks for letting us know. With our heatwave here right now, the crackling noise is driving me crazy. Maybe I'll call the dealer (I'll be surprised if they know anything about it).I had this done on mine last week and after several days trying it in the Sun I can’t here it anymore.
Mine is not really a rattle. It’s almost like rubbing styrofoam together like a creaky noise.Mine sounds like a wire loom rattling. I've had mine repaired before, not under this tsb, but it's back.
Hey guys - does anyone know where to find the actual copy of this TSB? I want to show it to my dealer before they go into a giant wild goose chase to try to figure out my rattling noise. I am fairly confident this TSB addresses the problem, but I can't find it anywhere on Google or TSB website.
Right - I mean a non-screenshot, i.e. the actual PDF of the TSB. NHTSA's website doesn't even seem to show it for some reason. Was it deleted?See post #1
