did you have this fixed? I brought mine in last week and they tried adjusting the sunroof, and that only made the sound worse. they then told me to bring it back another time because they would have to remove the headliner and that would take a while. but i think i should show them this

I had this done on mine last week and after several days trying it in the Sun I can’t here it anymore.

That's good, thanks for letting us know. With our heatwave here right now, the crackling noise is driving me crazy. Maybe I'll call the dealer (I'll be surprised if they know anything about it).

Dealer also has another TSB on the sunroof calling for a specific cleaner/lube but didn’t share the TSB number. He did order the lube and I will post it once they get it in.

I just got mine back but theres still a tiny sound when going over certain bumps, not sure if its worth taking it back though since I cant hear it with music on

Ok after going to lunch today and it sat in the sun for an hour…the creak is back.

Mine sounds like a wire loom rattling. I've had mine repaired before, not under this tsb, but it's back.

Mine is not really a rattle. It’s almost like rubbing styrofoam together like a creaky noise.

Hey guys - does anyone know where to find the actual copy of this TSB? I want to show it to my dealer before they go into a giant wild goose chase to try to figure out my rattling noise. I am fairly confident this TSB addresses the problem, but I can't find it anywhere on Google or TSB website.

Right - I mean a non-screenshot, i.e. the actual PDF of the TSB. NHTSA's website doesn't even seem to show it for some reason. Was it deleted?
