  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Same thing here, 2015 G80, purchased new. It's my experience that 1157 h.d. last longer. I switched the passenger side light to LED because it is a major pain to remove. Now I have hyper flash in that bulb. In reading through the forums, I guess you can't replace the flasher unit (?). Many have mentioned in line resistor but I have not heard of success.

Driver side is a piece of cake, replacing the spin to tighten plastic has to be just right on mine to grab.

Buckle up and buy stock in Sylvania or another bulb co.

Switch to LEDs with a resister to avoid hyper flashing. The bulb socket is also not great, Check the contacts.

A well known issue with many posts and solutions on this forum.
