  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I need some help,

When I am on the "2009-2014 Hyundai Genesis sedan Discussion" Screen, I get a second on top of it. I try to log back in but it keeps happening over and over.

Re: Two Screen on on top of each other

I am having the same exact problem. It is driving me crazy. It happens in all of the sub sections of the forum.

Re: Two Screen on on top of each other

Browser?

SCREENSHOT, please! Also, is this a new thing or has it always been this way?

I am using the latest Safari browser on my Mac. It only started 3 days ago and after 2 days like that it corrected itself. I don't know why. Only on this site. I will grab a screen shot if it happens again.

I am using the latest Safari browser on my Mac. OS X Yosemite 10.10.3.

It only started about 1 week ago. Only on this site. So far today it has not happen, yet!!!

Okay. I'm glad to hear it's not happening right now. Please post a screenshot if it does... Thank you!

Hmmm..... It started happening to me as well a few days ago whenever I used my ancient (8-yrs old) Mac laptop with Safari. Must'a been some glitches in the Matrix somewhere.

We have a new mobile theme as of last week and when you use a mobile device you should see it automatically. Maybe it had something to do with that. When you use a desktop computer or laptop - you should see the full/regular version.

This issue happened again to me yesterday using my Mac and Safari. It cleared after a few hours. Not sure what causes it. Here is a screen shot.

I use Firefox on both Windows and Linux (Mint). Never saw this.

Appears to be Safari specific.

I agree from the comments on this thread it seems to be Safari related. But I have never seen this using Safari on any other site - nor is it regular occurrence here. It will trip into doing this and sometimes it will last hrs or days. But then it clears for no apparent reason. Next time it does it, I am going to open Chrome and go to the site and see if it is happening. My Macbook is on latest software version.

When it happens on this site, have you tried clearing all cache/cookies, closing the Safari, and then opening it up again?

I have had this happen quite a lot. A refresh of the screen always takes care of it for me. On Chrome Version 43.0.2357.65 m
Windows, Linux, or Mac?

Yes.

I am waiting for it to occur again and then I will open in Chrome and see what it does.

This happens to me every now and then on my Mac with Chrome browser. A refresh is all it takes for me to get back to normal.
