unable to log into Genesis Finance site to make lease payment.

wondering if it is just me or if the site is having issues. I just get a message telling me the request cannot be processed and to contact customer service M-F

Sunday is often a maintenance day but now hours later i logged in OK. My next payment is May.
A while back they tried to charge you a fee for making a payment on line so now I have my bank send a payment to them instead.

I make extra principal payments online monthly (financed; not leased). No fees.

I think they did it for a month or two and reverted back to no fees. I'll be damned if I'm going to give them a couple of bucks to take my money and others probably complained too.

likely just maintenance, though it would be nice for them to post that instead of "we are having trouble accessing your account, please contact customer service which isn't open right now and won't be open for another 36 hours"
