  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Had a quick question about pricing for an excellent condition 2016 g80 rwd with a tech and sports package and somewhere around 30-40k miles. At a dealer, what kind of pricing would you start with as an initial offer? My plan is to pay cash and I was trying to get a feel for the price to start with and what’s what’s a typical range that something similar would sell for (out the door price).

Seeing as I own one i feel I need to correct the ill informed ‘there is no such thing as a 2016 G80.
There is however a 2016 Hyundai Genesis.

No but lease return. Cali car now living the easy life in texas

For what it’s worth this was my lease return. My g70 sales guy said they ended up getting 28 it sold in three weeks. Had 31k miles. New tires. Immaculate shape. All options ultimate with Awd. This was in June. My residual was 29500.

Considering I bought my '16 Ultimate RWD end of June at ~22.5k with CPO Certification, I'd be offering less. Then again I'm also in Florida and prices vary by geography. Remember, you can always go up so start low and work 'em and let them earn the sale. Mine was a one-owner lease turn-in at 35 months with 37k mi. and in about 95+% condition, with the only exceptions being some extremely minor nicks and slight front bumper fading (and I'm a picky ph*cker lol).
