  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Wondering if anyone has been able to connect their Playbook or any other tablet to the Genesis Audio system via USB or other means?

I have a 2009 Genesis, which was of course designed before any of the tablets came out. But i tried the USB connection anyway and the playbook came up as unrecognized. :(

I really wish that the playbook and genesis could work together. I love them both the same, and think that Playbook is severely underrated in the market. I remember 3 years ago, when all of us rolled into this site just impressed how the Genesis is wonderful yet underrated against the Lexus/BMW crowd. I have never felt so excited and passionate again until now, with the current Playbook bashing by supposedly better ipad users and media.

Well, i didnt mean to start a rant:D

Ipad, Ipod, and IPhone work just fine every time.

Blackberry works fine too; i guess it just has to do with the fact that the connector for the i-portflio is all the same.

Android phones work OK. Settings > Connect-to-PC > Disk Drive.

My ipod works much better.
