    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Sure, they just build it into the price.
 
^^ pretty sure we're not talking about just the loaner. i agree a loaner would be included for user-pay services as for most premium brands. the issue is the valet service. that is only for services covered by Genesis since that is what Genesis will reimburse the dealer for along with the service itself. if a particular dealer chooses to offer valet to enhance their "Genesis experience" on all services regardless of coverage by Genesis so be it, but that is on their own dime unless they jack the labour rates up enough to offset the cost.
