    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. I called KAI for accessories to check if in stock and when it could be shipped. I called twice. They said they would call back or email. I did not get any call back or email. I been trying to get the accessories for 3 days. Very poor service.:mad:
 
KAI the car company or dealer or what? Just explain more please.
 
KAI sells aftermarket accessories for the Genesis, such as, bodykits, emblems, taillights etc. I tried ordering my accessories over the phone to check if they were in stock and when they be shipped. The answer I got was; Im going to check with the warehouse and they call me back. They never called me back. Most companies give you the information over the phone in one call. No 3 day delay.

There is where you made your first mistake, and learn from this. Is it in stock before I order? Price check other places first. KIA is not Hyundai. So why would they have parts in stock for your car? They would have to pay a middle man, then the price increases to you. If you live in the USA after 30 days you have the right to cancel your order if it is not shipped with no penalties. Keep on their ass and call them everyday till you get a answer. Do you have a order number? Have they sent you a statement yet? Have they charged your credit card? Does the credit card company have a order number yet? Does the credit card company charge you $75 fee to cancel a order or fight a claim? There you go how does this all sound? So next time learn from this and let us know what is going on....
 
Interrex, you are ranting and not repsonding to the comment. He did not place an order, merely contacted them to inqure if they have the parts in stock. Taking 3 or more days to respond your customer is unacceptable on any level.
 
I always call or email first. I want to know how long I have to wait for the parts. Im going to a car meet soon and want my car to be ready. Importshark sells the same thing. They have good service and answer your concerns quickly. Mike got back to me on the same day. They were out of stock or I would have purchased from them instead of putting up with the long wait for a answer from KAI. I have purchased from KAI before. I brought from them many times. KAI mostly keep parts in stock and respond quickly. This time they didn't. Its not the first time I had problems with them. Go to my page you will see many accessories on my coupe. Most of them I got from KAI. See for yourself: photo album Silver Wings. I brought my Genesis in August 2009. I been buying accessories ever since. I made no mistake.;)

Not ranting just listening, parts are Korean, Shipping time non USA parts. I would not do business with them sorry, Not into all the mods. Here is what I was talking about, Non factory parts then you complain about service,????????
Just trying to figure out why you would be upset????????????
