  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I’ve been having this vibration issue for a few weeks now. It’s the only vibration in the vehicle that I notice and it’s quite distracting and annoying! Was wondering if anyone else experienced something like this / had a fix. I tried putting a command strip down to give the lid some extra dampening but it hasn’t helped.

No issues with mine.

From the video, it's not possible to determine that what you're hearing is necessarily coming from that part. Does it stop when you press on it? At the risk of appearing rude, you might start with a vacuum cleaner and a soft brush to get all those crumbs cleaned out.

It does stop when I press on it. Seemingly coming from the right side. I will try cleaning it out as best as I can and see if that stops the rattling.

Some compressed air might help in case there's something small wedged in the rear of the hinge area.

That center console was loose on my 22g80 and they(genesis tech) used sort of rubber padding behind it to push it forwards the driver and it totally made it go away. Just need a tech to actually take the time and most importantly care
