    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. VIN Clear - Issues getting it processed?

I called and emailed several times like many of you and wasn't able to get mine activated that way. They created the ticket/case number and still couldn't get things together on their end. I seemed to get a different answer about why each time I called. The last rep I talked to told me to go to my local dealership and have them enter the VIN clear for me. I did and it went through immediately. It was working before I pulled out of the parking lot. I guess Hyundai considers the dealer request legit but the owner request has to be verified. The benefit from the dealer request too was 3 months free on all three MyHyundai subscriptions.
