Voice Navigation Issue

So maybe about a year ago I manually updated my infotainment system via the MapNSoft download. It seemed to go smooth at first until I hit the Voice Navigation button on the rear view mirror then I get a DB mismatched error. Also randomly the nature sounds do not play when I go to them, never have. I had hoped that the next MapNSoft update would resolve it but it did not. I have tried installing the same firmware, updating, etc. I even took it to my dealer and they kept it for a month and could not figure it out, they gave it back to me and said they would get back to it when MapNSoft got back to them soon.

Sure enough after a few weeks they never contacted me but to tell me that Genesis would no longer be a Genesis dealer and would become Hyundai only. I ended up being transferred to another Genesis dealer for concierge service, but have yet to deal with them.

Has anyone come across this issue? It is not the end of the world this does not work, but it definitely plays into my plan on if I will keep it at the end of the lease.

If anyone else comes across issue the Late 2020 Map Update finally fixed this along with the nature sounds bug.
