Alignment not performed correctly. Robert, the service manager would not return phone calls despite multiple messages left for him over a month. When finally reached, he implied I didn't know what I was talking about, and refused refund for that 1 particular service out of several. He could not be more indifferent to retaining me as a customer. I will oblige his indifference and NEVER take my GV70 there again. I am also questioning whether I will ever purchase another Genesis if this is indicative of their customer service delivery.
