  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

weather tech and Heads-up!

Long time Weathertech user here but recently decided to try the 3D MAXpider from amazon (link below). ABSOLUTLY LOVE THE 3D MAXpider mats...actually, I like them better than the weathertech mats...look alot better and appears to be good quality. Good fit too.

Update...I've had the 3d MAXpider Mats for about 8-9 months and still like them :) Very easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth.

On the funny side, I decided to first completely use the carpet mats that came with my car. On my last car, I replaced carpet mats with weather tech immediately after buying the car. I don't enjoy the hard weathertech mats feel, and they are plain ugly. When I sold my car the carpet mats were totally new and never got to use them :wallbash:

This time I am going to first use and completely ruin carpet mats ... :distracted: even if it means couple of months
Too funny. This is the exact argument my wife used on me. I'm using the factory mats until they look bad. Anyone using the Genesis All-Weather Mats please post with how you are liking them.

I was disappointed with the fit of thefactory AW mats. Driver side didnt fit as well as I wanted.

I'm completely happy with the factory all-weather mats from Genesis. I only purchased the front ones. I had Weathertech previously and like both the look and fit of the factory ones much better.

I am sending them a paper outline of the existing carpet and they will make a full coverage on and credit me the 2 pcs cost. It will add $25 to the costs. But to be honest I left the carpets in place on the 2nd row and put the 2 pcs over them...got to admit it looks great. Lloyds is letting me try the full coverage one and choose the one I want to keep.....and get this you don't return the one you don't like they want you to return the one you don't like just cut it in half and send them a photo for your credit....great folks to work with.
Any pics of the full coverage mat for 2nd row? Hope they kept the tracing (if you are good at tracing lol) for future customers bc total coverage makes most sense to me plus they have cargo mat. Like the appearance of TuxMat and 3Dmax but didn't see cargo liners listed on either site for our 22 GV80.

Hello, just curious if anyone is using the weather tech floor matts or some other manufacturer?
appreciate any advice.
Also, is there a method that will enable waze or google maps to appear in heads-up display?

Thanks so much
Just got a set from Tuxmat, super impressed.

I have always bought custom Lloyd all-weather laser-cut mats for my vehicles. Just ordered another set for my new 2022 GV80. In my opinion, Weather Tech mats are a bit too "macho" for a luxury car and are more appropriate for trucks. Just my opinion.

Assume you meant the dune/blue interior, meaning blue carpet, not blue leather? If so, could you attach a pic?
I'm curious about what this looks like as well.. have the adriatic blue with dune interior ordered and not wanting black floor mats.

I had 3D MAXpiders in my Stinger and they were fantastic, definitely my favorite.

I have Lloyd’s winter mats in navy blue. Goes well with the aquamarine/blue interior. Fit is perfect along with the color. Also got the cargo mat which fits great.

I gambled and bought the Lloyd Northridge a few weeks ago when they had a 15% off coupon. The blue in the mats is a bit brighter than the blue carpets, but it is very close match and looks light years better than the black Genesis all weather mats. Agree that the fit is great as well. No lip on the mats, but I don't think that'll matter. I'm pleased and would recommend. I didn't get the cargo mat because I have the 3rd row.

This should give you an idea of the color match. As you can see, the mats are a brighter blue than the carpets, but it's close enough. These pics are in sunlight, night time they blend in better.
