Is there a standard form filled out when there is a lemon-law buyback? I’m keeping my eyes open for a used Advanced around here (that isn’t white, black, or gray) and a number of the available options are buybacks, so I’ve been wondering how much info is available about the circumstances when that happens.I got my 2023 Advanced with 7000 miles for $32000 after a long negotiation.
It was a buyback from a customer for "seats that moved automatically and radio that turned on automatically"(Yes I checked the buyback disclosure)

They are buying mine back but told me they don’t get to keep it at the dealership to resell it. I have no idea where it will go. I did a quasi lemon law buyback with BMW. It is my understanding that after a buyback (at least in many states) the car gets a special title that shows that it was bought back (similar to a salvage title). The manufacturer is buying it back, not the dealership, so the dealership doesn't own it so it can't resell it. My guess is that it goes to the auctions. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them lost that special title after a few resales (especially deliberate ones). They are buying mine back but told me they don’t get to keep it at the dealership to resell it. They have really lost value for only being 2 years old with that many miles. My 23P was $70K sticker before $14k discounts.I bought a 23 Performance with 18k miles for $36,700 OTD in VA. Car was ~$34,500 after some haggling.
What annoys you about the door handles? I’ve never noticed anything about them that annoyed me. I’ve never wished I had a rear wiper either; but I’ve only owned mine about 6 months and generally keep it very clean.I just leased a 25p ($71K sticker) with $21,500 off. These electrics don't hold their value but I think the 60 is fantastic. Easily the best car I've ever driven, even with its annoying door handles and lack of a rear wiper.
Maybe he is used to the handles on a Tesla? Those definitely open the wrong way. Though when I rented one for three days, I got used to it. Personally I've not had any problem with the GV60 handles, but they are kind of different from a car with fixed (non pop-out) handles. What annoys you about the door handles? 100%! Welcome to the club!Easily the best car I've ever driven
I can see that. And when I first got the car, I think it did take me a second to get used to it. But after owning the car about 6 months, I never even think about it. Especially with the proximity unlock that pops the handles out when I walk up.With the loops handles that most car utilize, the user's hand naturally slides to the location with the best leverage to open the door, regardless of where the person grabs the handle. With the 60 handles, there's pretty much just one place to grab the handle, and if you don't grab it in the right place, it's much harder to open the door. In the overall scheme of things it's small potatoes, but it's still annoying.

Wow, that would be annoying. However, I've never seen that.My annoyance is that they intermittently do not open or close. Not exactly a major functional issue, but it annoys me when I see one popped out and one flush.
I probably need to pay more attention/photograph it, not sure if it is just one that does it or all of them.Wow, that would be annoying. However, I've never seen that.
