Since no one responded (probably not a lot of deals on the 2011 yet), I thought I'd post what Edmunds Pricing was. It looks like I am getting the car for $218 over invoice. No negotiation and the price looks pretty good to me.

Should be picking up the Genny This week.

I was told the Hyundai circle pricing applied to the 2011s which is much lower than these prices. The competitive owner rebates does not apply (at least not in my area) which is why I am buying a 2010 this week.

If you are a USAA member you can spec your car out with their pricing. It usually comes in with a decent price and a listing of a dealer that honors it. I got my 2009 Genesis 4.6 w/tech pkg at invoice.
