Sounds like a good deal, as long as you actually receive the grill from these guys. Although, I believe someone on here reported that the grill didn't have the best paint/tape job, but for $95 maybe it's worth it.

I paid $250 to have mine done. There is hours just into taping this grill prior to applying paint. You can view photos in my photo album.

There have been some complaints here about slow receipt of orders. I have bought several items from KAI with no problem - in one instance the wrong item was sent from Seoul to KAI, but they straightened that out in a couple of weeks.

Yes, many have had issues, while some report none. I ordered a product and I spent two months trying to find out when the hell my product was coming in, but I just got a line of BS from the company, so I cancelled my order. Plus, some have reported their products as sub par.

I ordered lighted door sills for my 3.8 a week ago. KAI told me they were back ordered and would be delivered in about 3 weeks. We'll see if they are correct.

I love the painted grills for $95. I wonder if the painted black one is matte black or black noir? That's a great price imho but I'm concerned the quality at that price. The poster issuing caution has me concerned.


Back to the OP. The grill looks great. Good job for sure. I would put a wing badge on the trunk. Your pic has me thinking about removing the Genesis badge on the right rear and just leaving the wing on the trunk.

Grille looks good. Rear end looks cheap and bland. Rear end with the wings would be OK.

Update on Korean Auto Imports. They have made a horrible first impression on me. Here's an email I just received re: my order I placed on Jan 6th.

"Thanks for your contact. Unfortunately the solid black painted option you chose has been sold out and will no longer be manufactured. Please let us know if there is anything else you would like to receive in place of the grill
and if you would still like to proceed with the M&S emblem, which is in stock. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

All this after 10 days, my money being withdrawn from my bank via PayPal and KAI electronically notifying the USPS and me of my shipment set for Jan 9th. I call them this morning and guess what, they are having phone issues and I couldn't understand a word the girl was saying. What a joke!

IMO I would stay away from this outfit.
