  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What else is in your garage?

Just a two-vehicle household here.

Besides the Genesis we have a 2007 Avalanche.

My wife drives a 09 sonata gls to work, before we got the genesis we used that for all long distance trips, very good on gas when I keep my foot off the floor, but it needs to be down just to feel like its going anywhere.

You mean you guys can fit a car in the garage? I thought the garage was to store all of the worthless crap that your wife collects while you keep your expensive cars out side on the driveway. Wow, I guess you learn something new everyday. I got rid of all of my other cars as my disability prevents me from working on them, so now the only cars we have are my Genesis and my wife's Sonata.

This seems to be a common theme, I too have some crap in the garage but I made sure there was still enough room to park 2 cars or work on one.:p

I have the Genesis Coupe, my wife has a 2014 Prius C 4. Talk about complete opposite! 6 sped manual turbo coupe that gets 24 MPG and a smooth-as-silk sackless CVVT hatchback that gets upto 60 MPG! She loves that Prius as much as I love my Gen though.

Well I have the 2015 G2 and my wife has a 2013 smart car at 45 mpg. It goes off lease today. We have the 2016 smart ordered should be state side in September.

lol me too.
But I really did have it set up before for parking 2 cars, or working on 1.

Just my Genesis for me, but I live on the same property as my mom and sister and BIL so there's a few cars here. Mom drives a 1998 Grand Prix with like 40k miles on it, sister drives a 2007 Avalanche, and my BIL has a Saleen S331.

#38 for that year. It's the non supercharged version and IIRC, it's one of only 13 in that color and cab configuration for that year.

My stable:

1965 MGB

1999 Camaro SS

And my wife's 2011 Kia Sorento, though I don't have any pics of it.

My mountain bicycle, 1996 Bontrager:

In addition to the ones listed these are in my dream garage.

Just picked up my 2015 Genesis Coupe 3.8 premium pkg yesterday. My other vehicle will get a little break.
Can't attach photo:(

We tend to burn through cars pretty quick in our family. We hang on to 'em for a year or so and get something new, unless we really like 'em.

The pics are our current ones. What's not shown is my pickup, because... well... this is Texas. 2004 Dodge Ram 1500.

In the past 3 years though, my wife's had a Toyota RAV4, a 2013 Acura MDX "Black" (black chrome sport package), and she now has a 2015 Veloster Turbo.
I've had a Nisson XTerra, a 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track, and now of course the 2015 Genesis 5.0 Ultimate.

Here's our current line-up...
